The role
Verify regeneration on the ground.
Regenera Luxury auditors are senior, independent professionals who assess properties against the RL Standard — nine sections and 300 KPIs — on real evidence and field verification rather than promises. It is the distance from commercial interest that gives every certification its credibility.
Auditors work to a strict Auditor Code of Conduct, are trained and certified by Regenera Luxury, and are assigned to properties matched to their expertise and region. Engagements are project-based, with travel to the property and a structured reporting process supported by the RL Compass platform.

Senior expertise, independent judgement.
Field experience
Comfortable assessing performance on site — reviewing evidence, interviewing teams and verifying outcomes — with the discretion luxury properties require.
Integrity & independence
A genuine commitment to regeneration and the impartiality to grade honestly, free of commercial conflict, in line with our Auditor Code of Conduct.
