COSTS OF THE REGENERA LUXURY CERTIFICATION PROGRAMME 

Regenera Luxury oversees the entire certification process, ensuring a streamlined experience for your organization. We coordinate local on-site auditors whenever feasible or arrange for auditors to travel to your location. Our auditors are independent entities that have undergone rigorous training and achieved accreditation. To maintain the highest standards of service for companies undergoing the Regenera Luxury Certification process, auditors are required to renew and update their credentials annually.

  • Membership fee: 1.450 USD (payment annually)
  • Audit cost (450 USD) and travel costs, to be added only in year 1, 2 and 3. Then every 3 years.

  • Membership fee: 990 USD (payment annually)
  • Audit cost (390 USD) and travel costs, to be added only in year 1, 2 and 3. Then every 3 years.
​OTHER KEY POINTS
The annual certification fee covers the issuance of a REGENERA LUXURY plaque and certificate, with the plaque sent following the initial certification. While the plaque is included in the certification fee, the delivery costs for the plaque are the responsibility of the applicant. 

Additionally, establishments may opt to purchase a REGENERA LUXURY FLAG (€35 + delivery costs) or an extra plaque (€55 + delivery costs). 

Note that:
On-site audit costs encompass travel (economy class ticket) and visa fees (if applicable). If accommodation is required, the establishment should provide complimentary lodging; if this is not possible, the auditor will book a nearby budget accommodation, and the costs will be added to the travel expenses. Meals and other incidental costs are not included in the travel expense calculation.

Interested members submit an initial inquiry form to express their interest in obtaining REGENERA LUXURY Certification. This form captures basic information about the property and its current sustainability practices.

 

2. Application submission

Following the inquiry, properties receive a detailed application package. This includes comprehensive guidelines, assessment criteria, and documentation requirements. Applicants complete and submit the application, detailing their regenerative and sustainable practices.

 

3. On-site assesment

REGENERA LUXURY's experts conduct a rigorous evaluation, including interviews and observations, to assess operational practices and impact.

 

4. Evaluation and scoring

REGENERA LUXURY's experts evaluate performance against comprehensive criteria and receive detailed feedback on strengths and areas for improvement.

 

5. Certification decision

REGENERA LUXURY's certification committee reviews assessment results to determine eligibility for certification.

 

6. Continuous Improvement and Reassessment

Commit to ongoing improvement, annual reporting, and periodic reassessment to maintain certification.
