Platinum is the summit of the RL Standard’s graded scale — excellence measured across all twelve modules. Ultra Luxury is not a step above it. It is a distinct designation for the handful of houses that hold Platinum and possess the intangible: a sense of place, a depth of craft and a rarity that no scorecard fully captures.
It is never applied for and never bought. It is extended, quietly, by invitation.

There is no application. The designation is extended by the Regenera Luxury council to properties that define the frontier of the segment.
