In the certification process of REGENERA LUXURY, members start by obtaining an initial certification that serves as the foundational level, ensuring they meet the brand’s core standards of excellence. Starting from this foundational level, members actively engage in efforts to enhance their services, products, and sustainability practices.
As they demonstrate consistent improvement and align more closely with REGENERA’s elevated benchmarks, they progress through advanced tiers of recognition, first attaining the prestigious Gold status and eventually reaching the pinnacle of achievement, the Platinum level. These milestones reflect a commitment to excellence, innovation, and continuous growth within the luxury sector.
Professional Level status is awarded to REGENERA LUXURY members who meet all required criteria outlined in the Regenera Luxury Standard for Regenerative Luxury Hospitality.
Certification is renewed annually when the member achieves more than 50% of the relevant indicators within the Regenera Luxury Standard. The certification criteria are organized into key themes: Sustainable Management; Social/Economic Impact; Cultural Heritage; and Environmental Responsibility.
REGENERA LUXURY Association retains the exclusive right to grant certification. Certified Members must also undergo independent, mandatory onsite and desktop audits in alternating years.
Gold Member status recognizes members who sustain certification for five consecutive years or meet over 80% of Regenera Luxury criteria. This prestigious designation requires fulfilling these conditions and completing independent, mandatory onsite and desktop audits in alternating years.
Fulfilling these requirements does not automatically grant Gold membership. Instead, the organization conducts a comprehensive review of the member’s performance over the period, ensuring continuous effort in Regeneration Management, Social/Economic Impact, Cultural Heritage, and Environmental Responsibility. REGENERA LUXURY reserves the exclusive right to elevate members to Gold status.
Platinum Member status is awarded to members who have been certified for five consecutive years. In the gold level. This is the highest level of recognition offered by REGENERA LUXURY and is achieved only when a member meets all the required criteria within the REGENERA LUXURY Standard and has completed independent, mandatory onsite and desktop audits in alternating years.
Members do not automatically receive Platinum membership upon meeting these basic requirements. Instead, the organization thoroughly reviews its performance over a ten-year period to ensure sustained commitment to Regeneration Management, Social/Economic Impact, Cultural Heritage, and Environmental Responsibility. REGENERA LUXURY reserves the exclusive right to confer Platinum status.
