The annual certification fee includes the issuance of a Regenera Luxury plaque and certificate, with the plaque sent after the initial certification. While the plaque itself is covered under the certification fee, delivery costs are the responsibility of the applicant. Establishments may also purchase a Regenera Luxury flag for €35 plus delivery, or an additional plaque for €55 plus delivery.
On-site audit costs include travel expenses such as an economy-class ticket and visa fees if applicable. If accommodation is required, the establishment should provide complimentary lodging; if this is not possible, the auditor will book a nearby budget-friendly accommodation, and the associated costs will be added to the travel expenses. Meals and other incidental costs are not included in the travel expense calculation.
