At Regenera Luxury, 2025 has not merely been a year of growth. It has been a year of strategic consolidation, global leadership, and international recognition within the evolving paradigm of regenerative luxury hospitality.
At Regenera Luxury, 2025 has not merely been a year of growth. It has been a year of strategic consolidation, global leadership, and international recognition within the evolving paradigm of regenerative luxury hospitality.
Over the past twelve months, Regenera Luxury has worked alongside hotels, retreats, and destinations in 18 countries, supporting properties that have chosen to move decisively beyond sustainability. These organizations are not focused solely on reducing negative impact, but on embedding environmental, cultural, social, and human regeneration at the core of their business models—creating tangible, long-term value for ecosystems, communities, and territories.
Today, Regenera Luxury is supported by a multidisciplinary team of more than 20 professionals, combining expertise in hospitality management, regenerative tourism, sustainability science, wellness, architecture, auditing, and impact measurement. This collective intelligence is one of our greatest strengths: regeneration is complex by nature, and it requires systems thinking, cultural sensitivity, and measurable outcomes—not checklists.
What differentiates regenerative hospitality is not intent alone, but depth and accountability. The hotels and retreats within the Regenera Luxury ecosystem understand that regeneration must be strategic, measurable, and integrated into governance, operations, guest experience, and community relationships.
This is why our work focuses on:
In this context, Regenera Luxury has emerged as a global reference and pioneer in the development of a structured regenerative luxury program and certification specifically designed for hotels, retreats, and holistic hospitality concepts operating at the highest level of quality.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the hotels and partners who have actively contributed to this journey throughout 2025, demonstrating courage, leadership, and vision:
We also acknowledge and celebrate the inspiration and collaboration provided by iconic hospitality leaders as:

Regeneration is, by definition, collaborative. During 2025, Regenera Luxury has had the privilege of working and exchanging knowledge with leading international experts, advisors, and consultants, whose contributions strengthen the intellectual and practical foundations of our work.
We extend our appreciation to professionals and leaders such as Glenn Mandziuk, Kent Richards, Dr Stroma Cole, Alberto Apostoli, Amy McDonald, Andrew Gibson, and Dr Lazslo Pucko, among many others who continue to shape the future of regenerative hospitality worldwide.
Regenera Luxury enters 2026 with clarity and responsibility, reinforcing its position as a global pioneer and leading reference in regenerative luxury programs and certification
for hotels and retreats.
At the heart of Regenera Luxury stands its President and Founder, Héctor de Castro. Rooted in strong social values and family-business origins, his professional journey spans more than two decades across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the Caribbean.
His background combines executive leadership in luxury hospitality, entrepreneurship, and international managing experience with an active role as a PhD researcher, speaker, and founder of NGO initiatives linked to tourism, community development, and regeneration. This multidisciplinary and multicultural perspective has been instrumental in shaping Regenera Luxury not as a marketing label, but as a rigorous, values-driven, and globally relevant framework.

As 2025 comes to a close, regenerative luxury is no longer an emerging concept—it is a strategic imperative for hospitality leaders who understand that the future of the sector depends on healthier ecosystems, empowered communities, and more conscious forms of growth.
Regenera Luxury enters 2026 with clarity and responsibility, reinforcing its position as a global pioneer and leading reference in regenerative luxury programs and certification for hotels and retreats.
Not by doing more.
